Hella replacement bulbs any good?

I am thinking about getting the Hella Xenon H4 replacement bulbs. They are halogens actually but they claim to be 30% brighter than regular. And they are long life. Code is H4+30. Anyone used those before on a Gen4? Thanks. BTW are tools needed to change the bulbs?

I already put in the Hellas I wanted replacement bulbs. I noticed a big difference in brightness. I want longevity not the short lifespan of daylight brightness bulbs. Besides im putting in Hella Micro DE fogs.
