hey, i just went the muffler guy today and asked an estimate about how much he would charge me if i had him do a custom cat-back piping for me, since no does em... and he told me he would do it for 100 bux... do you think this is a fair deal?
plz lemme know your opinions about that 100 dollar price, thx
also, find out if he is going to use stainless steel or mild steel piping... if stainless, thats a great price, if just mild steel, i dunno... its still a good price, but try to get stainless, so it doesnt rust and corrode.
sup ...yea its going to be on the apexi n1 universal muffler N/A 60mm inlet with 90mm outlet (3.5 inch tip i believe)
that i just got today for 200 bux
so anyways im gonna have him do the piping the same size as the 60mm, which 60mm i think = 2.25
oh yea zoni, thanks for the info about the stainless steel or mild steel piping... cuz i never thought about that/didnt know the types!!!
but he said if i also want the apexi muffler installed also ( which of course i would have him do) he gonna do it for 125 bux all together...muffler + custom cat-back for 125 bux ...so yea this guy is pretty cool...
oh yea i forget to add something, i'm gonna have to get
the apexi super silencer as well because i dont want the thing to be loud( but i think its cool to have a loud, but not MONSTER LOUD like those stupid CIVIS) but dont want it loud because most importantly dont wanna get pulled over by cops!!!!
the silencer costs around 40-50 bux
I got a 100 buck cat-back to 2 1/4 piping awsome sounding now it took a month or so for it to brake in now people say my car sounds really nice! I got some respect now lol go for it.............with resinotor or no????

yeah if its i4 with no plans to turbo do 2.25 pipes... if you plan to turbo someday, do 2.5 but the 60 mm is a little bigger than 2.25, smaller than 2.5 thats what i have with my 5zigen mufflers... i welded a fitting on there to make it fit the 2.5 inch piping i have...
well i plan to probably supercharge the camry with the rippmods s/c in the future... but probably wont happen anytime soon, should i just go for the 2.5 pipe?
hey camrywhat?? i'd probably wont be getting resonators cuz calvin has told me its not that loud, but only if you floor it..
so good thing i wouldnt have to spend another 40-50 bux for a apexi silencer...
