Camry Diagnosis Starting Problem

Please help. Looking for some advice on diagnosing what may be at issue trying to start my Gen4. After winter storage with a fully charged fresh battery but all I hear is a soft clicking sound. I topped up the battery on a trickle charger and it measured full charge.

When connected to the new battery, the clock, radio, audible alerts (ie door open warning sound) and wipers do NOT work although dome light, hazzard lights work FINE and I have very bright headlights.

What is the next step to check? Fuses? Alternator?

Is the next check to inspect the fuses? Which fuse box should I be focussing on as upon cursory inspection, I did not see anything out of order. Should I be pulling each fuse to look for damage?

i would def be checking all fuses. under the dash and under the hood
sounds like u have blown a few fuses
