Originally posted by Camry92LE thanks!! yeah they are sanded, took a hella long time too 4 days!. . so what are your sources??? prices too. . im thinking angel eyes
Good job, I'm glad to see someone else tackled that so everyone can see that it's possible. It takes time, but as the pictures show, it's well worth it.
But yeah, do you need just projectors or everything? The whole package will run you between $399-$429 for everything (projectors, bulbs, ballasts)

That's just 2.....why do you need 4? You can get bixenon which have high beam and low beam in a single unit.
If you want a separate projector for your high beam, I would suggest buying a pair of cheap halogen projectors because if you go with two sets of HID projectors, you will need two sets of bulbs and ballasts and that will cost you $850+......
or you could just leave your high beam as it is.........
The projectors I used were some generic ones from some aftermarket Accord projector system. It came with projectors, and angel eyes, which I then mounted on some fogs for the high beams.
I would really recommend an HID kit with some OEM projectors from like a Audi or Mercedes...it would look pretty nice behind that clear lens. Mine looked decent only because it was behind my frosted lens....
If price is an issue, then go for some true OEM projectors, say from an Integra or something...much better optics than from an aftermarket set from Ebay.
thanks for the suggestions guys, really a big help!! silver streak i like your headlights a lot, but who knows. . the project is still underconstruction, i'll definately post pics when it's all done. also got pics of my car on the way. .

it's gonna be tough to get a clean enough install that you'll be proud enough to show it off thru cealr lenses
just look at silver streak's.....
but it looks awesome w/ the textured glass tho, so....
It's possible..........just get a hold of some chrome acrylic and cut out a shape that would conform to the "square" in the lowbeam refector.....then place a shroad over the chrome acrylic.
the actual plan is to make the devider that devides the low beam from hight beam flush with the outline of the headlight itself, then there would be a peace of plexi glass or metal made to fit that whole headlight shape(cover the reflector up) that would hide all the uglines where the projectors meet the headlight, then cut 2 holes in the material big enough for the projectors just to beraly show through. I really dont care much for HIDs i just want a good looking headlights. how do you guys mount the projectors in the headlight i can see screws? any special modifications needed to make them fit?
