I not sure what year it is (It might be a '97). Would a A241E auto transmission from a Celica work in this application? I'm convinced that he would have almost zero issues installing this tranny into his car. Our mutual friend, an accomplished Toyota machanic, says other wise. To settle this, I come to this forum to get answers. If I'm wrong, what needs to be done to make it work?
