2003 Camry auto door lock

I recently bought a used 2003 Camry. The only thing I don't like about it is that the doors automatically lock too much. They auto lock when the car is put in reverse. It seems like I have to constantly unlock the doors. I only want them to lock when I tell them to lock! Is there a way to disable this auto lock feature?

did your car come with a manual? The instructions to change the auto lock feature is in it. Try there first and if you dont have it, let me know.
