That is called the Toyota Celsior AKA Lexus LS400. That is the first generation LS or Celsior for JDM. You should see the kits for the new LS430/Celsior, MarkII, Chaser, and etc etc....it's CRAZY! The Japanese love their cars.

It's an older gen LS400. There are lots of them in Japan that has full body-kits and badass wheels.

I was told that most of them are driven by local Gangsters. :smile:
