Camry CEL Re-set for emissions

I have a 2000 Camry with 170K on it. Been a great car but the CEL light came on and I fixed the problem and reset it. Does anyone know how many miles I need to drive to reset the code or what ever the testing staion sees? Ive been back twice and they tell me it is still not cycled through or what ever.

Thanks for any help i can get!

Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. If the problem was truly fixed it shouldnt come back on.

"Could that be the fan motor resistor?"

Correct. It's refered to as the "blower motor resistor". Do a search for that term. It's been covered numerous times on this forum. Easy fix.
