Tire Size Help for my car

I need some help. The local auto store is telling me 3 different tire sizes. I own a 99 Camry and I have 18 x 7.5 ADR Ryver Rims

They told me to get:

215/45/R18
215/35/R18
295/35z/R18

I know that I have to get low profile, and that is the "Z", but what pressure should I get it at

The right size would be 215/45/18 to be on the safe side. But you probably could go wider 225/45/18. Definitely not 295/35/18. That is the size of the our arm length wide. That's for like a 19 wheeler truck LoL

So I should go with the 215/45/r18's then, right? Would it have to be the low profile tires or is it ok if it is not low profile

Phi, I checked out that website you gave me. I tried the different sizes and the one that best fit my car was the 215/40/18.

That size only has a .1% difference from the stock size versus the 215/45/18 which is something like 3.5%. Which do you think I should go for?
