I have a question about my car. There is an annoying burnt popcorn smell once in a while. Is that probably related to an external oil leak. I had my car looked at before buying it and the mechanic said there was a small leak near the distributor.
My car has 155,000 miles and it is the original clutch on it.
How long will it last? I heard it will start slipping on higher gears, then on smaller gears.
Mine does not slip I think. My engine consumes 1 quart of oil per 2000,2500 miles I would say.
What should be the average?
