I just started carring a new muffler called aero turbine. In the upcoming months i hope to get one and dyno test it to see if their claims fit. If you want to try it, should me an email. Check out there site, www.turboexhaust.com they have sound clips and everything.

APEX-N1 Universal muffler. Low rumble and very good deep tone. Not loud when driving normal, maybe loud when you floor it, but that's about it. Its pretty decent.

The APex-n1 muffler is only loud if you slam the gas on. During normal driving conditions, it's pretty quiet compared to a lot of mufflers out there.

big_p31 get what? the apexi ?
yea i totally agree with what calvin has said...only loud when flooring it...
maybe pdpchasm was right about it being loud, because it also depends on the cat back and intake... which also contribute to the sound....
but for me , not loud at all , its medium noise...

Yea man, the sound really doesn't depend just on the muffler. It also depends what kind of exhaust setup you got. If you got a ram air intake that shit will be already loud, headers will increase the noise by a lot. But if you have just the apex-n1 muffler, you'll end up getting some HP gains with really low sound, that's my opinion.

I would recommend one of the magnaflow mufflers, good low rumbling sound, not too loud, free flowing. I had one before I did my full custom exhaust.
