removing seat and seatbelt

is there any particular safety precautions we need to keep in mind when removing a camry driver seat to take out the seat belt buckle? We're taking the seatbelt out of a 90ish junked camry to put in mine. My friend said that the pretensioners found on some models might be dangerous for some reason but I don't think there's any hazard unless we were planning to drive the car again. Also if anybody knows of a place I could get a seat belt buckle for the driver side 99 4 cylinder camry le cheap I'd appreciate it.

have you tried tap reclying.. they're the largest toyota junk yard in the west coast .. it's not cheap cheap but better than dealer prices... or check out local junk yards.. but for a 99 that's pretty rare to see them at the junk yard

It doesn't need to be specifically 99 4 cly... just look for a gen4 and you'll be fine... the hard part is getting matching color seatbelt
