Unhappy Exhaust manifold Glowing Orange

I just noticed on my 98 Camry 5S-FE after short drives my down pipe on the exhaust manifold glows bright orange from the heat, I dont't know if I should worry about this or is it just something camrys do, the only modification I have done is removing both the intake resonators I am wondering if this is increasing airflow and causing a lean mixture. Any help is greatly apriciated, thanks.
Tom

i'm sorry but when something glows like that there is blockage. i dunno how to clean it. but either knocking out the ceramic material with a chisel and hammer will cure it but illegal. or simply replacing the cat.
since the cat is like a thick honeycomb, i don't know if there is something to clean it with
