New Camry Owner

Hi, Im new to this forum, but anyways, I'm in the process of purchasing a 93 Camry and just have a few questions. I live in BC, Canada and am purchasing a a 93 Camry LE Sport Edition mad in japan. It is loaded with leather, sunroof, and spoiler with an auto and V6. Is this the equiv as a LXE or not? The main thing is what should I ask about or make sure of before I sign?

Thanks for the help

Shawn

Sounds to me like it's the LXE if not then damn close to it I think you should make sure that the car has been well kept and has had oil changes every 3,000 miles and regular tune ups and that the car is in good running condition and also find out how old the car battery is cause I forgot to ask and a week after I bought my Camry the Battery died on me.
Oh and welcome to TN

Thanks,
I'm buying it a a reputable dealer, and getting it checked out by Toyota. It's a 93 with 176,00 km, mint interior and exterior, loaded, and I think it has the sport suspension and gearing. It has new breaks, oil lube and filter, serviced tranny and it seems smooth as silk. I'm paying 8000 with tax included, does that sound decent?

I may be wrong but $8,000 for a 93 in my opinon is way too much.
Even if it's in Cdn dollars

They were asking 10,000 so I talked them down to 8000 total cash, with 14.5% tax and 275 in fees, so really it was aout 6500

i think 8000 is a bit high for that kind of mileage and auto tranny, if it had 100 000 kms and manual tranny then it would definetly be worth it

look up the kelly blue book values
