That's where your spare tire is sitting.

This is custom work and price vary shop by shop. Why don't you make a call to local shops and ask them yourself?

And it's not "esaust"... exhaust.

i've seen honda's do that w. a black widow kit because it hangs lower than the shogun. Right behind the area u want to cut on the shogun rear will be the spare wheel area and i believe the rear metal support. It will lok rather nasty but if u cut that same area on the BW kit then it will look fine.

actually, most body shops will not touch that spare tire thing because it reinforces the back, at least any body shop that has any kind of reputation wont, for insurance reasons, thats where a good hammer and some muscle come into play

if your car is a 5sfe then getting a duel exhaust is lame. 4 cylinders only need a single exhaust cause they only have one bank of cylinders. if you've got the 3vzfe then i suppose you could look into it but as others have already stated it'll look like ass and there's already a bw kit out.

with the BW kit you won't hve to do any cutting of the rear bumper. You want to avoid that as much as possible because that jsut adds more room for error.

Now once you have the kit you are going to have fitting issues with the spare tire. I'm looking into doing duals as well so i'm having to look at this same thing. Still haven' totally figured out waht i'm going to do.
