Now everyone is saying TRD springs are made by Eibach, but I'm a little confused on what to get. Personally, I want to lower my Solara as least as possible (about an inch or so), I don't want the slammed look. I would like about 1.2 front and rear but there's a multiple claims...

The TRD site claims:

"Chrome silicon coil springs will lower your Camry 1.25" in the front and 1.75" in the rear without changing its suspension geometry..."

(my rear is lower as is, I wouldn't want it to be even lower. I always thought the front is lowered more than the rear to compensate for this?)

Partznet site claims TRD springs:

"Chrome silicon coil springs will lower your Solara 1.25" in the front and rear without changing its suspension geometry..."

(this is ideal if its true. Who do you believe?? TRD themselves or a distributor)

Eibach site claims:

Camry Pro-Kit 1.2 front and 1.2 rear (perfect)
Solara Pro-Kit 1.6 front and 1.6 rear (A little much for me)

Question. Are Solara and Camry springs one in the same?? Can I just purchase Eibach springs for the Camry and be done with it??

Does anyone know which stats are accurate??

Sorry for all the questions but just want to clear this up before making my decision.

Also, what is the upper strut isolator kit???

I have the famous front strut noise on my Solara. Some say new strut mounts help, some say they don't. I have had the struts changed under warranty once, now the dealer says they can't do anything about it, warranty is up.

Will this upper strut isolator kit help with this noise??

Thanks in advance.

Tokico does not make springs. They make struts and shocks.

However for your desired drop I would suggest H&R Sport springs. I think that's the stage 2 springs. For my 1993 Camry the drop is exactly that... 1.2" all around.

Performance wise, they are great!
