Gentlemen, start your engines. New to the forum and hope someone can help with the problem. Have a 91 Camry 4 cyl that doesn't want to start when it rains and has sit for a day. Sometimes it flat won't start period, other times it will start but runs very rough until it warms up. I had this same problem with an 83 Toyota 4X4 wagon and the problem was moisture getting into the distributor cap. Has anyone had this problem and if so what is the cure. I haven't checked anything out yet and will wait to hear for any suggestions you may offer. Lastly, I don't know if the gasket between the distributor and cap is missing and if so, could this be the culprit?
