Struct bar or spark plugs?

Hey all, looking to do a cheap mod. But i dunno if i should get a struct bar or spark plugs. My car is a 1994 gen 3 camry. Its a V6 auto. About 185,000 kms on it. Which one would be more beneficial on performace. And where can i get decent ones, cause the ones on ebay looks crap. What to spend less than $40.

What are you looking for? Performance or race? Cause if your getting rice......less than 40$? 400 stickers

you arent going to find many things that will do much good for 40 bucks, id say save your money for now, maybe for an intake or header or something.

Yah but if you get an intake or header, your going to have to take it off when you get turbo...
