1999 Camry Stalling on takeoff

Three or four weeks ago I changed the filter on my 99 Camry and since have noticed that it hesitates just a little bit when you start to take off from a stop, It is not bad, but just a little bit of heistation that is noticable and worries me when I get ready to jump out in a crowd of fast moving traffic. When I changed this fuel filter it was under everything on the driver's side of the engine, so I had to take a bunch of hoses and stuff off the TBI and breather to get under them to remove and replace that filter. Is it possible that I moved the throttle position sensor, or done something else that might have started this hesitating. It doesn't hesitate at any other time. Just taking off from stopped. I appreciate any help. Oh also this hesitating started about the same time as I changed the filter, but it was also the beginning of colder weather here in WA. Sometimes it will also be idling in park and start revving up just a tiny bit and back down like someone is tapping the throttle peddle. I don't know if that's related. But when you step on the gas it will quit that loping thing. It does that loping very rarely. The hesitating is pretty consistent. So I think they're not related. John

Check for vacuum leaks, especially in the areas near where you were working to change the fuel filter. A vacuum leak could account for the revving up of the idle and could possibly cause the hesitation you are describing upon take off. Is the check engine (or MIL light) on?

Also when asking for help it is best to include the engine size on the car (I4 or V6 will do) and the current mileage.
