USA Installing Factory Navigation

Hello, I am hoping that someone may be able to assist. I own a 2009 Camry XLE with a 6 disc JBL Audio system. I bought a Toyota Factory Navigation Unit made by Denso Model E7012 which I was told that the unit plug right up without any additional wiring provided I had a JBL system in my car which I do. However, when the installer removed my old unit the harness did not match. There was one plug that didnt fit. Therefore we did not attempt to connect since I didnt want to blow up anything on my electrical system. Does anyone know if there is a special harness or adaptor I need? If you can help I would very much appreciate it.

I think I would be going back to the manufacturer for assistance. Seems to me that they would be the ones who have either run into this problem and have a solution or that they would be able to assist in working around the problem.
