2010 Camry LE Headlight Bulbs / Wheels

Good afternoon everyone. I'm new here and figured I give this a try.

I've recently purchased a 2010 Camry and love it! However the low beams are not bright enough for me. I took it in asked Toyota to adjust the headlights thinking that they may had been set too low, but that wasn't the case. So now, I'm looking to replace the factory headlights. Can anyone please tell me the best headlights? I prefer headlight bulbs with a blue hue/tint as well. The dealer said be careful and research because some bulbs can get too hot for the headlight covers and begin to melt the plastic overtime. I've reasearced but still am undecided. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

And one last question. (May be a dumb one) I'm interested in purchasing some wheels/rims. No "spinners" or anything like that, but just some nice simple/tasteful wheels. I can easily purchase OEM from the dealer. However, being as though the care is new, if I purchase from outside the dealer, will that in any way negate my warranty? I have a 5 year powertrain warranty. I don't believe wheels will affect it, but I just thought I'd ask.

Thanks again.

I would look into name brand headlight bulbs like Sylvania Silverstar Ultras or GE Nighthawk Sports. I have both; the Silverstar Ultras are in my Camry now and are excellent but can be pricey and they will not last as long as factory bulbs. I also have the 'original' Silverstars in my mom's Camry which are now 4-5 years old. YMMV on bulb life, it's up to you if it's worth the price. I also bought a pair of the Nighthawk Sports when they were on asle at Amazon but haven't used them yet - they're supposed to be good too.

As far as wheels, I went for factory rims in the same tire size so it was a direct swap. Even if you decide to go aftarmarket, it won't void your warranty so long as your modifications weren't the cause of the failure, like improper installation or the wrong size rim. Factory rims just look the cleanest if you're looking to keep the stock look.

Enjoy your new Camry! Welcome to TN

Big Thanks!

Islanboy57! Thanks a lot brother! You're info really helped me out with some decision making. And it piggyback off of Eyeball96, for a newb to get this kind of reponse is very reassuring and will keep me coming back and try to contribute myself.

Thanks again!
