What's busted in my engine??

I've owned my cute 1996 camry for just over 5 months. It has 118,000km.

Recently at the service I found that there was some engine oil on the outside of three of the sparkplug bays, if I may call them so.

The spark plugs are clean and the gap is the recommended 1,1mm. The oil level is not going down between services, the coolant is clear.

Some seal must be leaking witihn the cylinderhead. Anybody know anything about this???

could be the rubber rings at the top of those tubes, you'd get new ones if you get a valve cover seal kit
