How Extensive This Recall?
Appears to be a bit more extensive than a floor mat problem.
Saw the announcement today that Toyota will temporarily suspend the sales of EIGHT of their models nationwide AND will also suspend production on these? Good grief!
I had my TCH into the dealer the other day for a scheduled warranty repair of our water pump. They had warning signs up still alluding to the floor mat/accelerator pedal issue and urged owners to remove or secure their floor mats until a permanent resolution was offered.
Over 2.3 million units will be affected. This is HUGE!!!
