engine work time

I am getting ready to do the following.

1. Replace all motor mounts any suggestions,
should I just put the new ones on or should i do this window weld stuff or any short cuts i should know about

2. My car is ticking alot and I was told to adjust the valves, do you think thats right and how hard is it.

3. I am gonna attempt to replace the valve cover seals front and rear, how hard is this and any pointers, and have any of you seen this gasket and seal kit we can buy at autozone for like 800 bucks, what is that.

4.Power steering is not as easy as it use to be should I start with rack and pinion or pump.

thanks sorry so long and I have a 93 v6 camry. auto

Welcome to my world. It sux. Better change the boots 2 before u ruin your CV joints. While your down there, check your struts. I bet they need changing. Do you know where you are losing the fluid from? your probably losing it from the Rack. If you are then change your Rack only. Dont bother changing the pump unless your still leaking after changing the pump.

P.S. how are you gonna align your wheels after changing the rack?

I just replaced my cv shafts about 2 months ago, they dont effect steering do they, and the struts, they could cause this,
and so after I replace the rack the alignment is gonna go out, I guess i will just go get it aligned right.

so after you answer all that since I am illiterate when it comes to steering parts, you think its prob the rack. thanks so far
