I want to put these rims on my Camry and pop out the BMW center cap, then drop it about an inch:
But these BMW rims have a 5 lug 120mm pattern, Camry has 5 lug 114mm pattern. Is there anyway to get them to fit? If not, who makes an aftermarket style exactly like this that would fit?
BTW: Here's my piss poor pic editing, please feel free to do a better one:
i'd say it would be possible, but you'd have to get your 4 hub plates off, and to a machine shop where they could drill new holes to the right specs and possibly weld shut the old holes
also the center hub may be off, if its smaller on the rim than on your car then you could have the hole enlarged as ratko did for his rims
hey dj, it would be alot of trouble to get those rims to fit on your camry. not only is the bolt pattern off but the offset will be way off too. youre gonna have to get an adapter custom made or maybe you could get the H&R adapters. they are for a porsche (5x130) but you may be able to find a porsche wheel that looks like that bimmer wheel. the H&R adapters are 25mm wide so youll have to roll your fenders. i'm havin a prob gettin my wheels to fit also, the seat on the rims is wider than my steelies and i have to use spacers, so i need longer wheel studs. the H&R spacers come with longer studs but i still need some for the front. i gonna have a machine shop custom cut some studs for me. if you got a machine shop you can use you make anything happen.
Dj: wanna buy my rims (i replaced my Konig''s w/ khan's 16's)...they are not the greatest...but i'm not asking too much for em' (BTW: they are straight and come with GOOD tread).
those trd caps can be ordered thru any dealer too... so if you wanted to get diff rims and snap em in.. can't remember who but someone quoted me like 40 + a couple bux shipping for a set..
Originally posted by dj14901 I'd go with the TRD ones if you're after that look, as the others have mentioned, it'll be a lot of work and $$$ to get the BMW rims to work...

I know, it doesnt have to be BMW rims, but I want that exact style. I like how deep that lip is........its hard to find that style with that many spokes, deep of lip, and without rivits.
