I think it will be a bit difficult to find them as used, you could get them new but I guess it would be a bit expensive. Another solution is to built something yourself. I did it for my coolant lines : I welded (2X for each side) a small tube onto a small metallic plate, drilled 2 small wholes + 1 big in the middle, attached them to the turbo and connected with rubber hoses (don't know the right name in English ). It works fine. Don't forget to buy new gaskets though : this is VERY important.
As far as oil lines are concerned the small one is the feed line and the big one is for the return.
Otherwise I know they sell aftermarket lines on Ebay but I think they're far too expensive. I hope this helps

What I have done for mine was made a 1/4" thick steel flange that goes on the turbo, and on that flange I welded a -4AN fitting (feed) and a -10AN (return). From those fittings, I run a braided line to the oil source and drain.

so the oil pan has to be tapped twice (one for feed adn the other for return)?

Well no the feed line has to come from somewhere on your block. What most people do (and I personally think this is the easiest solution) is get a " T adapter " connected to the oil pressoure sensor and get oil from there. You could find that quite easily for not too much money at any performance parts shop I guess, or even on ebay.
As far as the return line is concerned, you should weld a metallic tube to the oil pan which needs to be just above the level of oil. The return line will need to be a bit bigger than the feed line. Don't worry it's not that complicated and it's better to make sure of what you're doing before doing it. What you can also possibly use is cold welding, ok it's not as good as real welding but it's so much easier and faster.

Since I have an oil filter relocation kit, one of the adapters has a 1/8" NPT port that I could use as a oil feed line.

The oil return should be at least -10AN... It is always better to have a bigger oil return line... Also make sure that the return line is always sloping down as well. The oil has to drain smoothly from the turbo and back into the oil pan or the oil will choke inside the turbo and start blowing through the seals.

I did the same thing for a friends CT-26, except I modified the stock flange.
