92 Camry 5S-FE Crankshaft Pulley Bolt size and thread pitch?

So I've replaced the timing belt on my 92 Camry 5S-FE. It's time for me to torque down the crankshaft pulley bolt, but apparently the puller I used to remove the pulley has damaged the threads inside the hole where the pulley bolt goes and the bolt doesn't want to screw in. I've done some extensive research into the bolts thread pitch and size but I have not been able to find it. I would like to find a tap that corresponds to the correct size of the threads to repair the threads instead of jamming the bolt in and possibly damaging the bolt and the threads inside the hole further but I have no clue to what the size and thread pitch is to this bolt. I don't suppose anyone would have this information? Thanks in advance!

Beats me. Ask Toyota?

easy way: Go to hardware store or auto parts. See which nut will thread over your bolt. Find corresponding bolt for the nut to get the size and thread pitch. Select proper size tap with tap handle, or just buy a set if you can afford it. Run it through the hole in the crankshaft snout to clean up the threads. Be very careful, the last thing you want is to ruin the threads here...(it should not require very much force, since you are just cleaning up the threads, probably only the first 4 or 5 threads are damaged.)

Test fit pulley bolt in the hole, examine pulley bolt to make sure that's not messed up too! if it won't go in smoothly, replace pulley bolt (unless you'd prefer to replace the crankshaft instead).
Install pulley and pulley bolt, torque.

So I took it to an auto parts store and they happened to have a measurement system there. Apparently it's #14 - 1.50mm. Thanks for the suggestion! I finally got the bolt in a torqued down.
