Trouble in Camry Parasidse

So I took my '93 camry out to show my friend how to drive stick shift. seems simple enough. when he finished I decided to do a little driving of my own for only about 10 minutes and that seems to have caused my problems. Now when I start to go and realease the cluth I can feel the car slip out of gear slip back in, out, in ect... until it goes... and now if I press hard on the peddal and lets say my rpm's are 2,000 it'll instantly jump to 4,000 and then go back down to like 3,000. When I press the pedal down like that it only seems to be giving patial power to the engine like as if I ws partially holding down the clutch (feels like reving it in nutral) If anyone could tell me what exactly I did to my car it'd be appreciated. Thanks

damn..... I was hoping that it wasn't the clutch. oh well. guess I'll have to fix it before mama finds out that I took her perfectly good car and drove it into the ground in 9 months. Any suggestions on a good "cheap" keyword cheap, clutch?
