Question Car Wont Start ~ Please Help!!!

Sup everyone, well heres the problem with my 92 Camry XLE V6:
~ When I try to start the car, it doesnt crank or anything. It doesn't even make the clicking noise either. It doesnt seem to be the battery since my headlights and everything work just fine. I also tried jumping it and it still wont start. I can't lower my windows and the radio doesnt work either. When I play around with everything under the hood for about half an hour, then itll start. While I am driving, all of a sudden my gauges and my radio just shuts off, but I can still gas and brake! This has got to be the weirdest problem I have ever encountered. I'm thinking its an electrical problem. I checked the fuses and tried hitting the starter while trying to start it but still no progress. Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone and if anyone in the bay area (California) wants to buy it then let me know as well

Anthony

They do look really beat up. How would I go about replacing them? Is it hard or is it pretty self explanatory?

pretty self explanitory, clean up the battery posts with sand paper and the inside of the connector too

if they're too far gone, or if you can't tighten them anymore, then replace them

I think I should just replace them because they do look pretty beat up like. Any instructions on how to replace them or of any websites that give you step by step instructions. Thanks so much for your help!
