Are you running boost? If not, it is a waste of money.

Hum thats funny why do you think that its only good when running boost the point of a afc is to fine tune air to fuel within your modified system not just for boost

Hmmm but do you really think a 5s-fe with bolt ons needs air fuel tuning? Even if you think it does, do you think it is worth ~250 dollars? I sure don't, but maybe a couple of crank horsepower is worth it to you. I just don't want him to waste his money, because unless he is doing a large NA buildup or running boost (both of which are unlikely), then it is not worth the money.

i think its a total of about 7 wires.. (rpm signal, throttle position, map sensor is 2 wires, power, two grounds) and also knock sensor as well if the ECU has one.. i think its nice to have even if youre not on boost youre still able to get a little more power from your bolt ons when you tune it correctly and its a nice little display to have ;DD.. nothings a waste of money if it makes you happy and making you happy is what money is about !
