Whats up guys,

My car got broken into from the driver side months ago..The window, since it was jimmied..Never worked properly again..And it just went dead the other day.

So, what do I need to do? Just go get a new motor or what?

Does it not work at all, like does the motor work but the window does not move?

If its totally dead, try to see if its an electrical problem, like with the switch.

I had a similar problem with my passenger side window, it turnd out to be the regulator, and the window was also "off-track."

If its none of the above, then the obviouse answer would be to buy a new motor.

i'd rip the interior door panel out and see what's wrong with it, probably some stuff binding together

The motor is totally dead, and I think the glass needs to be fixed as well. I will take it to my shop in Quebec when I get home.. Argh! More shit to fix!
