Will it cost more to ship a TRD bodykit to Toronto from US by UPS or FedEX?
(including all fees)
the store where I bought it from told me that USPS doesn't accept package size that big....

Dude what you need to do is pick up your telephone and call up UPS and FedEX and ask for their pricing.

We don't work for couriers and I don't think most of us will know that answer.

It's not THAT hard to make some phone calls.

ask the store what the dimensions and weight are of the package(s). then call up UPS or FedEx and give them the FROM and TO locations. they'll give you a price. don't forget about border fees too. they're not included in shipping usually but slap you in the face when it's delivered to you.

i got my wheels shipped from New Hampshire to Edmonton last Oct. UPS has a guaranteed 7 day shipping by ground. it took them 8 or 9 days to get to me. saved around $120 because of that.

if the store really wants your business then they'll find out the shipping prices for you.

peace

You don't even have to call them. Go to their websites and you can get a shipping quote online.

They haven't ship yout kit yet? Just ask them to find out the cheapest courier to ship the part to you, either UPS or FedEx or some other independent courier, if they give you that option and if it takes 2 weeks to save like $50 - $100 take it, you'll need that for the custom charge or border fee. Like I mentioned to you previously, my body kit was shipped by UPS and the total weight was 15lb, I think the box was 6ftx1ft or 1m80 x 30cm. The shipping cost was around $53US from North Carolina. I wouldn't worry too much about the shipping charges, you should be more concern about the custom fee or border fee. The border fee are pretty much base on how much the package cost, like taxes, the higer the cost, the more you'll pay. So be ready to be charge around $200+ for your package of $700US which come out to around $1120CDN with our exchange rate.

Hi T2000,

Thank you so much for helping me with it!!
now I think I am getting the bodykit from the same place as you did. Did you get it from Town and Country Toyota dealership?
since you got it by UPS, then I might as well ask them to ship it by UPS then.
Thanks once again.

Yes I did get my kit from Town & Country, how come you paid $700US, did they repaint the kit for you? I didn't ask the guy, Billy, I figure it maybe cheaper for me to get it paint here as well as I can check out the job after because if they did a bad job over there, there's nothing I can do.

Hey Tubbyc, I haven't paint my yet, still waiting for the snow to stop  I will have to shop around for a good body shop. I got my for $375 shipped, but I still have to paint the thing, so I may end up paying close to what you paid. What colour is your car? My is a 2000 LE silver, I think it would look good with the kit.

Hey T2000,

I was wondering if Billy informed you when he shipped out the kit and gave you the UPS tracking number for it?
He didn't mention if he ship out the kit to me yet and I have no idea when I will be able to receive mine.

I paid by credit card so when I phoned in for my statement and see it was billed, I sent an email to Billy and ask for the UPS tracking #. He also mentioned that he would ship the part within the week so I figured it would takes about a week to get here. When did he say he ship yours, if he already ship it, it would be around a week. Send him an email, he quite good in replying them.

I sent him an e-mail yesterday requesting UPS tracking number, however, he replied me this " I will be back soon"
I have no idea what he mean by that,
He didn't even tell me if he shipped it or not..
