Well, after one full week of testing and tunning of my Tokico and Ground Control Coilover, I decided to drive my Solara (instead of the 230,000 miles Gen 3) to Toronto on 23rd till 27th.....if anyone from TT-CC (Dickson and the gang) have some extra time for me, I would like to checkout TT-CC's rides and the owner....of course, Team Solamry should be back at the end of September again with Camry2000, Luc and REX....but this time, I will be the only one here (family vacation and eat lots of chinese food)....
The area I am staying is RICHMOND (around Pacific Mall) and I prefer that area or around since I have to drive my family around that weekend....but I think I can manage some time to meet with the fellow Camry owner from the other country...
Anyhow, let me know...also, this time, I am dropping off the Eibach springs, Tom's emblem and TRD Isolator kits for CamryRR (ben)....if you guys need something from the state...let me know (Sorry, no Supercharger please...)
Looking forward to seeing everyone here...

Well this time a good portion of the food will be payed by me cause i owe you guys for the last time i went down and did not have any cash on me just interac or Visa. This time i got Real cash and im going to be very hungry.I know im going to be down the whole week end so lets have some fun.
Hey Howard! Great to hear that the details are confirmed. Even better news is that you're bringing your SOLARA! I would love to check it out.
You need not worry about Chinese food when you're around Pacific Mall.
I'll take time out for sure to meet up with you, and I'm sure the rest of the gang will too. There will be a HUGE Toyota meet at the Brullen exhaust factory (home grown in Toronto!) that Saturday morning. So you will see LOTS of Ts other than Camrys.
Looking forward to having you visit!

Howard, nice to see that the plans are confirmed. Can't wait to meet you and your Solara. Hopefully we can show you and Ben around T.O. Luckily you'll be in the Richmond area, we're all from around there and there's plenty of chinese restaurants for you to dine at

Great ... about the Saturday morning Supra meeting, as long as someone can show me how to get there from RICHMOND, I would love to go...this is my 100 times in Toronto and those chinese rest are not new to me, but I just can't resist to NOT eating them...of course, "Yum Cha" is my favorite event (hope no 2 hours of waiting)...
OK, I should be in Toronto on 23rd (Thursday) and I would like someone's cell phone so I can contact them once I am in (you can email me those number instead of posting here in the forum)...also, I would like a place to get some nice car wash, immagine I was driving from Chicago, thru Detroit, then London then Windsor...etc.
I would like to get my car clean so I can take some nice pictures with TT-CC member (that kick-ass Blue Gen 3, Dickson's Gen 3 and CamryRR Supercharger sleep-mobile...etc)
I just can't wait to get to that day and join you guys...on Satuarday morning. I think I can even join you guys to the Supra meeting (BTW, how far away from Richmond to that Supra meeting...?)
OK, will talk more this week, I still have to install the isolator kits, the camber correction kits and re-balance the front rim....oh, oil-change is a MUST.
oh ya that is one nice ride you got i cant wait to meet you in person and eat some good food.so next time it will be the hole team that comes up i cant wait for that too i should have all my stuff done on my car.
OK, Iam trying to get some reality check here....how bad of a road in Toronto area lately? I think I will bring along 2 OEM Solara 16" tires just in cast....but I think I will swap those OEM on the front and I will run them thru Toronto...once I got there, I will swap my 18" back on for all the local driving...do you guy think that is a good idea?
BTW, I need to know where can I get some RC car stuff in Toronto, since my Serpents need some parts badly...anyone knows?
The rims are a good idea except you'll hardly have room for anything else and you may get into problems at the border (customs thinking you bought a new set of rims).
Roads in TO are generally good, especially in the Richmond Hill area. My cell is 416-587-4123. Give me a shout when you get in, or if there is anything I can help you out with in the mean time.
As for car washing, maybe we'll have a group thing on Dickson's driveway.

So Far I got PHI and SBC's number....I would like to get Dickson's number as well, you cna just email me.
I just got direction from my God-father, incoming on 401, I should get on 407 (tollway) instead. That will save me some time and construction problem, correct? BTW, since we are foreigner, we should not have to pay the toll....
Anyhow, I am still having problem to find time to install those camber bolts, just hope I can do that on time...
Here's a map

Pacific Mall is at the NW corner of Kennedy Rd and Steeles Ave.
I'm not sure of direction using the 407 (Tollway) cause I can't afford to . Alternatively, from the 401, you could exit on to the 404 north to Steeles Ave.
As for the road conditions, I would worry too much about them. The roads are very good in this area. Hell, Jeff rides on 18's too with nope prob.
