Talking NAKED camry got some new modzzzzzzzz!!!!

After driving around town for the past two weeks without a hood and fearing that some one will jack my HIDz,

I decided its time for a CF hood.

Then me and Pulsedriver (friend) got the genius idea of stripping the paint off a perfectly good stock grille to give the Euro Cam some "bling"

finished product:

Also Eurocamz is now sporting Euro Cam:

What you think?...

hehe, that was just a joke my old hood got trashed from some 'tard backing into me. I got the hood off ebay for something around 350 I think, I believe its made by VIS. Finish is excellent for a CF hood but we did run into slight trouble having it close. The damn thing didnt wanna latch in, and I REALLY didnt wanna use the supplied hood pins. We took the whole latching mechanism apart, tweeked it a bit and finally got it to fit.

The next show I am probably going to go is So Cal Vs. Nor Cal. It is a Euro car only show, but I'll be there with my friend Pulsedriver and his VW. Around 900-1000 cars expected to show up. Mostly Euro, but Japanese cars will be there too (a few).

It is in Santa Barbara on the 10th of April.

Very nice!

Question: without the hoodpins, even though it's latched won't there be a danger of it flying up at speed?
