Have any of you guys replaced this yet on your Camry? Is it similar to prior years replacement?

Check your owner's manual - it tells you how to replace it. Same as 2007 - 2009.

procedure has not changed on models since 2007 model year. use search function for a DIY

my only advice is to save yourself the expense of buying the element at toyota and to simply purchase a good quality 3M home Furnace/AC filter and cut it to fit using the old filter as your guide. a 20x30 filter gives me 6 filters for about $18.
