Question DashBoard Removal

I have a Gen 3 that I'm working on here. I've had it for about 3 years now and the dash is starting to crack real bad on the passenger side. I thought about just using some of the crack repair stuff, but I've heard it's crap. So I thought about running down to my local Pick and Pull and snatching a dash off of one of there camrys to replace mine. But I'm curious....is it possible? I would assume it is but I've never tried somethingl ike that before. So if anyone here has some advice then please provide it. If you got some advice in any of these areas please let me know something
A: how to remove and install a new dash
B: how to repair a dash with cracks in it
C: What type of paint do you recomend for paint a dash/ interior of the car so that it holds up and doesn't flake off?

Again, for those of you who failed to read this, please note I'm not trying to replace the black trim pieces, but the full dash....or at least repair it so when I work on my car I'm not dealing with an unsightly dash from the passenger seat or from looking down from the front windsheild

And one last thing....if anyone's from the San Antonio area, hit me up!

I have never done it on a Camry but I guess it is as most cars one of the most difficult stuff to remove. I have to say though that most of the stuff I have removed in the dashboard area were relatively quite easy to get. The whole black trim pieces are very easy, the glove box is also quite easy to get out. So I think that with lots of patience you shouldn't have any problem with the rest.
The only question I am really able to answer is B. As far as I am concerned I would try cold welding, it's like a very strong glue and looks like plastic when it's dry. It is extremely strong.

sure its possible, but its a huge pain in the ass

it'll probably take you about a day at a pick an pull to take out the whole dash, there's so many bolts and clips

i've never done this on a camry, but i've switched a dash on an old pontiac 6000

as for painting it, you can get vinyl spray paint

Well, seeing as how the consensus says so far it's going to be a bitch...as I expected it would....does anyone have any recomendations for filling the cracks and what I can do to paint it. So far I have using cold weld, and using vinyl Spray paint. Do you have anything more specific or what would be the best way to go about doing it. I've thought about painting it before...but most of the paint jobs I've seen before they end up flaking and cracking off in maybe a month at most, and it looks horrible.
