I tried lucas transmission fix, but I didn't see any real benefit after using it, but I did put it in through the dip stick hole.

My friend's 94 integra had some really horrible slippage problems and we used a whole bottle of lucas tranny fix in it. Honestly it only helped psychologically, because right after we drove it around the corner it slipped like a mutha f*cker. Btw when you do a drain and refill on your tranny use the bottle of lucas as a replacement for one quart of tranny fluid. Hope it helps in your ryde.

My Camry sometimes doesnt shift to its final gear when its cold and sometimes when I hit the gas pedal, I feel a little thump only when pulling off ? Its not too severe but I was also told to put lucas oil in there but Im scared that I might make the problem worse. Could the Lucas oil make that problem more severe ??

Hmm well my car is pretty hesitant to shift when cold too but i'd recommend putting in the lucas oil nonetheless to see if it helps to smooth out shifts and lets your car shift into the final gear.

Its not supposed to shift into o/d by design, until its warmed up enough.
