help! multiple cylinder misfire

97 camry v6 auto

well ok last week i do a burn out and then afterwards my car shakes when accelerating. checked codes and cylinder 2, 5 are misfiring. ok so i get brand new plugs(denso 2xplatinum) and wires(toyota dealership). it drove normal so i tried it at WOT. then it starts to struggle again. code scans that cylinder 5 is misfiring and also multiple cylinders are misfiring. so ive been driving for about a week like this because it drives fine as long as i dont go WOT. this morning, once i put it in drive the engine start to shake and well now its misfiring all the time. in park the engine feels smooth but once i put it in drive, the car shakes and now i can barely get up and down the street. since i have new plugs and wires whats next?? is there anyway i can test to c if my igniter is bad? or something else? and yes, i put injector cleaner in last week.
thanks

I'm a noob myself, but after reading my haynes manual (for gen3's, not your gen), I think I'd check to make sure you put your wires in the proper order.

might need to check your injectors for deposits... Or your timing might be off...

I have a 99 camry v6 that also has cylinders 2 and 5 misfiring. New plugs, wires and egr.
The car has lost all power, it stumbles in low rpm and jerks into gear. Checked compression, coil packs ,and injectors. think it might be the timing, its a pain in the butt to get the timing cover off. Others think its electrical but i dunno. any suggestions? thanks JOHN

heh, its been a while and i do not remember exactly what was wrong at the time, but i was using the plasma solutions ignition booster and it messed up my pcm. so start there, after that, one of my coil packs was bad so i went ahead and changed all three. easiest way to find out is to find a similar car and swap it out, i swapped parts with an es300(the ones with the 1mzfe)
hope that helps
