This issue is certainly not specific to Camry's or even Toyotas, but I am SURE someone can help me this this
My newly acquired 99 Camry XLE came with those black tinted window visors. I want to remove them and have had success in removing the visors and MOST of the tape it was installed with around the window frames.
I soaked the residual glue with WD40, scraped and used a stiff bristle brush in an attempt to remove the glue reside and no go !!!
On a visit to my local Pep Boys, all of the de-glue and degreaser products clearly state "do not use on exteriorr paint surfaces" so I did not buy any.
Anyone here have a similar issue and how do I get the remaining glue off without removing the paint??
Thanks!
Matt
