I've got a magnaflow muffler on my 89 Gen2 and its great. The sound is fantastic, really deep and mellow without any ricey popping or farting sounds. I highly recommend it, while your getting your muffler spring for the magnaflow piping as well.

Well i was considering magnaflow, but then i went to their website and checked out the sound files on few cars, they sounded like airplanes. Altough they used different model of the muffler that I want. The only good sound was on WRX with resonator on.
Magnaflow known for its quality so I'm hoping it won't sound crappy on my I4

Well, I got a Otto (same peeps who make the Gen 2 gauges), and it is the best one I've bought so far. If you can afford it go APEXi..

I'm sure that one will do fine, if it is straight through with at least a 2.5" inlet (or none at all, depends on how you weld) and a 4" (or 5..) outlet, you are good to go.

My car is I4 and it sounds fine, no fart can on this beast. I get no bee noise, but a nice deep refined mellow vroom (what you want).

yaa... that's exactly what I want. I just really don't want it sound like another farting civic. That low deep vroom is the best. Apexi is expensive, plus i heard its only loud up to 2rpms (or 3) or something then, it's just quiet.
For now i'm with magnaflow and bomz. Not too sure which one is better. I didn't find any camry with Bomz on. They both straight tru, and 2.25 inlet, that's the size i would want to go with catback, and i think 4 outlet.
