CT26 Turbo Lines

OK guys i've hit a lil bu mp in the road i guess. I'm now looking for a way to provide the oil feed and return lines to my 5sfte setup I'm putting together, and the coolant line (and i don't have the ones that come with the turbo)

Now for the oil part of it; I called up burien and they wont' sell their tee fitting that everyone talks about. They only sell it as part of the kit. So how do i now go about getting an oil feed to my ct26. Another question i had was about the fittings on the turbo as well. What do i use there? Pics from the turbo guys out there with CT26s would be much appreciated!

Luis

Hey Luis !
I know the problem. I did have the oil lines provided but I had to custom build the water ones. I used little metallic tubes that I welded on small metallic plates, drilling a whole in the middle and connected to a rubber hose going to water lines.
As for oil lines there are a few aftermarket oil (feed and return lines sold on ebay. However I don't think they fit the ct26 that well. I would try to custom build them as well, also this is much cheaper. You could use metallic tubes and weld them. I am just trying to give ideas I hope it helps. Sorry I don't have pics of the turbo right here but it's not complicated : the two holes at their two opposites are for water, the third whole (which has in fact two holes, one big and one smaller ) is for oil : the small one is the feed line and the big one is for return.
I know such kits sellers won't sell you their parts separately (I tried many of them) but have a look on ebay and see if something can help you.
Good luck !

As for the T fitting here is the email of a guy who can provide you with one : turboparts@comcast.net He also has standard water / oil lines. I wouldn't advise you his oil line system though : they are not that good.

mmhh I don't think so I just ordered him a few stuff so I know this is a trustful person. you can maybe just tell him what you need and ask for what prices. He is in Texas.
Here is also another guy in Canada who can have many kinds of turbo parts, I don't know about the T fitting but you can ask : blaast@blaastperformance.com (www.blaastperformance.com) > that one was really a very helpful person I have to say.

Going to make oil feed line. Not too sure about size yet. Probably in the neighborhood of AN3 or AN4. The drain will be 1/2". I will probably do them both in stainless lines. I have a 3SGTE oil pan that I will tie in with. I have a stock CT26 oil plate that I am going to modify by tapping for the fitting I want to use. I could easily make another plate as a copy of mine. I could also get the lines and fittings to go with the plate.

The coolant lines are going to come from the oil filter cooler. I purchased a new oil relief valve to eliminate the cooler and mount the oil filter closer to the block. I am then going to reroute the coolant lines to the turbo.

Oh yeah, DP and air pipes will also be made within a week too if you want a copy of that. Just drop me a PM if you want to talk some more about this or anything else.
