Max Horse

Does anyone know the stock horse of a 3S-FE engine? And is it possible to limit the horse no matter how much you do, like 130 hp max?

Why would you want to LIMIT hp and put on mods?

My fault, I worded that bad. I read somewhere that no matter how much you do to your stock engine, the engine will only allow itself to put out a certain number of horse. For the 3S-FE, it says the max output is 126 hp. Is that all my car can put out no matter what mods I do?

No way. The horses can be increased, but with that engine, the more horses you add, the more of a chance you're going to crack the block.
