Lightbulb Suping up a 99 Camry

Any suggestions to how I can raise the 133 horsepower my I4 Camry has?

Well, you can do whole bunch of stuff. Depends on the diameter of your wallet

You could get Cold Air Intake, catback exhaust, that should add few extra horsies. Not a lot though. You can get it supercharged, that would give you boost.

You have a 5s-fe. There's the breather mods, like intake, headers, and y-pipe, hi-flow cat, cat-back, etc. They'll give you a little more kick. These are mostly priced between 100 to 300 each.

If you really want to move, there's the Burien Turbo kit, and the RIPPMODS Supercharger. Both will set you back a few grand, but they'll up your horsepower a considerable amount.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong about anything please.
