CEL on!

Hey,
I got a 98 4cyl, my CEL is on and I took it to Autozone for a scan. This is what came out:

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0441
DTC Definition: EVAP Emission Control System Purge Flow Fault

They didn;t know what to do with that, can you guys help me out!
What does it mean?, what can I do to fix that beside unpluging the battery

Thanx

I believe the purge tank is your charcoal canister, which is located on the driver side of the engine bay, below the brake booster. It should be about the size of a jar of pickles with two small 1/4" vacuum hoses going to it. Make sure all those lines are not plugged and properly secured.

That's a good point, cuz the problem started when I put a Short RAM on her, and I was unplugging the battery, thinking that ECU will get used to the airflow, it will stay off for about 2 weeks and will come back on, but it has been 5 months and it is still comming on after a while.
How do I know if the 2 hoses from the charcoal canister are on the right position, i mean, is there any in, out hose? maybe I plugged them wrongly, because they are plugged an secured right now.
Thanx again
