turbo 2 or 3 bar map sensor ???

Again another thread on map sensors !
I managed to find a 3 bar map sensor (Supra) for my 5sfe turbo project but I am starting to wonder if this is the right stuff for me and I want to make sure not to mess up anything by using it...
I know that 1, 2 or 3 bar map sensors all send the same voltage to the ecu (max 5 volts I think) but all have a different sensitivity to air pressure which means that if using a 3bar sensor instead of a 2bar sensor the ecu will think that the air pressure is lower and would then ... send less fuel, making a (dangerously) too lean mixture ??? So my question is : is this 3bar sensor adapted to my project since I only want to run on +/- 6 psi of boost ? I know my question might seem dumb but I just want to make sure ...
Thank you !

After some researches it seems that the supra sensor is also 2 bar so shouldn't be a problem...
But I still have the same question... Is it ok to use a higher bar level sensor for a lower boost sysem ? thank you for your help !

As long as your ECU is calibrated to accept a 3BAR MAP, you can't just run a 3BAR MAP on a stock ECU that is programmed to receive voltages from a 2BAR MAP.
