Opps ... need some big dog suggestions

Well while putting my head back on again I managed to drop a washer from ARP kit down a hole. The hole is the biggest one in the head and is between the 2nd and 3rd cylindars as seen here:

I tested the head on a bench when I pulled it back off and in fact a washer will fall straight through this hole. I have shined a flashlight down the hole and I see nothing. I am 95% certain it went down this hole.

What do I need to do? I don't have a magnet retriever here and I'm not sure that will work. If it is stuck there how am I to get it out?

I'd recommend picking up a magnet retriever and if you have access to an air supply i'd try using a blow gun to push the washer out of the whole. If it fell out on its own then you're pretty home free.

Well I purchased a magnet retriever and tried fishing it out from the top. No luck. Then I jacked up and took off the oil pan. Figured it is coming off anyway, hopefully the washer will be there. After looking for a minute or so I found it and used my magnet tool to get it. Now I know where that hole goes!
