Question Rims & Drop

Quick question,
What's better, to drop a car and then get rims, or to get rims and then drop it?

I've seen people do both. I'm wondering what's the best option, for feature I would want to get some rims but with lack of resources I could afford only suspension. So I don't know.
Btw, anyone got any good site with rims and discounted prices??
Thanks

I did it one way but I should have done it the other... Drop first.

...if I had spent the initial $1500 on the drop before I did on the rims I'd have Gab coil overs.

I got rims but havent lowered it yet, it looks good, but would definetly look better if it was lowered. Its up to you, if you have patiance, then get both rims and suspension at the same time.

I got my rims from www.wheelmax.com they have really good wheel and tire packages
