Fog lights install

Alright.... I just installed new foglights in my gen4 and i'm having troubles finding a hole in the firewall to fit the wires through. Below is a picture of the driverside floor/wall (under the steering wheel and a lil to the left). Im wondering if the hole in the middle of the picture is there for me to drill into for extra wires. Cuz to be honest.. i can't find any other holes for me to push thru. =/

any help would b appreciated.

YOu can make the hole widder, my wires run threw there, just becareful not to hit the wires, i have my amp wires, and my washer light wires running threw there
