Ive had my body kit in my basement since December, and now that the weather is nice, its time to get the ball rollin'. The only thing is the guy who does all my work had surgery and is gunna be out for a while. I was wondering if anybody can give me sum detailed tips on putting the kit on(R. Millen front lip, Erebuni sides and back) Also, i need to replace my right fender, help with that two!!!!! Much appreciated.
probly be best if you go grab that haynes manual (if you havent already) makes it easier when your lookin for them screws, nuts, bolt, other crap that hold your bumpers in place, and then put in the matching 4 screws that hold your kit in place
My 95/96 rod millen front was really easy to put in. Get a saw, chop up the area on the sides of the stock bumper that it tells you to, i just bolted the two together. And then put on my new bumper/grille/headlights all within 3 hrs mostly because the parts were imperfect.
BUT since you have good name brand parts you should be able to perfectly put on the entire kit in half a day. I dind't use a hayn'es manual for mine, i just inspected each bumper and took off any bolts i saw, simple.
Match up main bolt holes on stock bumpers to your bodykit pieces, drill as necessary and just bolt those suckers on
