search more, talk less... it is there, just look for it... you can find this answer on ebay thats where i learned, years ago.

i had searched and it had conflicting info..........40mm (like what you stated) and 45mm (stated in other posts)

So I finally took my wheels off last nite
its 45mm

Isnt that that offset?

Well...

On the Camrys (solara, lexus ES300 and avalons) you can get wheels that are 6.5" wide to 8" wide so the off set is adjusted to keep the load center of the tyre in the right place, and tyre clearance of the wheel well for that particular model.


Depending on the model year of car, or wheels you already have, or will get, the off set may be 38mm to 45mm or more.

If you have a narrower wheel and tyre, then 35mm offset may work just fine!
